Rachel Vilsack is the data and performance specialist for the Dislocated Worker and Trade Adjustment Assistance programs at the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Prior to this role she served for 12 years in Minnesota's Labor Market Information Office. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, and a master's degree in economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
